With the Lift, Wasserbauer enables the first fully automated, electric-powered feeding solution – directly from the silo to the animals. The Lift is installed once in the silo, and that’s all the work needed for the next weeks or months. The device automatically mills the feed from the silo stock and directly loads it into the Shuttle Eco feeding robot in the barn.

The option to combine the Cabrio silo covering system with the Lift silo retrieval system is particularly efficient and, together with the Shuttle ECO feeding robot, enables 100% automation of the entire feeding process, from the silo to the animals. In this version, the Lift silo retrieval system autonomously controls the opening and closing of the Cabrio tarp (protecting the feed from sunlight and rainwater). The Lift then fully automatically extracts the feed from the silo, milling it off the silage face, and loads it into the Shuttle ECO feeding robot, which delivers it directly to the animals. This forward-thinking solution, combining Cabrio, Lift, and Shuttle ECO, is operated entirely electrically and is characterized by low energy costs.
